Are you a Latinx Studies minor or GIS, or interested in learning more about what Latinx Studies is all about? Join us on November 17 to meet César García Hernández, the new program director for Latinx Studies. He and other affiliated faculty are hosting this casual social event to gather the Latinx Studies community together. Light refreshments will be served. Current minors, GIS students and anyone interested in the Latinx Studies minor or GIS are welcome to attend.

Co-sponsored by the Latinx Studies Program, the Center for Ethnic Studies and the Humanities Institute.

This event is free, open to the public and welcoming to everyone.

The Humanities Institute and its related centers host a wide range of events, from intense discussions of works in progress to cutting-edge presentations from world-known scholars, artists, activists and everything in between.

We value in-person engagement at our events as we strive to amplify the energy in the room. To submit an accommodation request, please send your request to Cody Childs, childs.97@osu.edu
